How We Work Together

Forget rigid curriculums that treat every business like it's the same. We work through three phases that adapt to where you are and where you're trying to go.

Getting Clear

Before jumping into tactics, we spend time understanding your actual business model, market position, and what success looks like for you. Not some template version—your version.

We dig into your financials, operational flow, and current challenges. Sometimes this reveals opportunities you hadn't considered. Other times it shows what you should stop doing immediately.

Weeks 1-4

Building Systems

Once we know what we're working with, we start building practical systems for financial management, client acquisition, and operational efficiency. These aren't theoretical—they're tools you'll use every week.

You'll work directly with our mentors on implementing these systems in your business. We adjust as we go because what works on paper doesn't always work in practice.

Weeks 5-16

Ongoing Support

After the initial program, you'll have access to monthly check-ins and our mentor network. Business doesn't stop evolving, and neither should the support.

This phase is about refinement—tweaking what's working, addressing new challenges, and occasionally course-correcting when market conditions shift.
